How + when will my HAPPIES be shipped?

Currently, all HAPPIES ship UPS Ground + will ship within 1-3 business days. If you desire expedited shipping or need them by a specific date, please call us to place your order over the phone at 901.316.5397.

We only ship within the US at this time. If you are looking to ship internationally, contact us for a custom quote.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

YES! If ordering multiple HAPPIES with our online ordering system you will need to create a separate purchase for each individual recipient. Don't have time for that? Give us a call or stop by the boutique — we are here to make gifting easier!

Can I pickup my HAPPIES in person?

Absolutely! We would love nothing more than to hand these beauties over to you. Our boutique is located in Collierville, TN. Simply select the free “BOUTIQUE PICK-UP” option in the checkout process. We will call you to arrange an exchange after we receive your order.


How do I add a personalized note?

When adding the HAPPIES to your cart, you will be prompted to add your personal note. Our team will handwrite your messages for you. If you prefer to pen your own, just let us know + we can deliver the cards blank.



Can I customize my HAPPIES?

Of course you can! Two of our HAPPIES allow you to build your own box : the “Petite Box” and the “Platinum Box”.

How do returns + exchanges work?

Our priority + passion at Maggie Louise is offering top-notch service in all that we do. If for some reason your gift arrives in compromised condition, please reach out to discuss further options + we will do our best to make it right. Due to the custom nature of all of our "HAPPIES", all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available.
