Since opening our doors in 2012, we've made it our mission to provide brides with a top-notch, one-of-a-kind bridal experience — showering them with the love + attention they deserve during one of life's most precious seasons. We are a small, family owned boutique + we strive to cultivate an exciting, respectful, creative culture for our team.
As Experience Coordinator, you will work directly with brides from the moment they contact Maggie Louise all the way up to the wedding day + beyond. Your job requirement will be to oversee the Maggie Louise experience, ensuring client's expectations are always exceeded. Every bridal appointment is treated like a once-in-a-lifetime affair + you are the host of the party.
On a day-to-day basis, the Experience Coordinator will be in charge of fostering an environment that evokes emotion + feels distinguished. This position requires one to be highly detail oriented + possess a contagious, lively spirit. You will manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the store, which will include, but are not limited to : opening + closing of the store, answering phones/email, appointment scheduling, greeting + assisting any foot traffic, cultivating relationships with local vendors, communicating with our national and international design partners, merchandising and maintaining the store (yes, sister, this means cleaning), + assisting the bridal stylists during appointments. Other duties will include tracking + receiving all bridal gown orders, overseeing quality control process, + prepping/steaming for each bridal pick-up.

*Work experience is a must. Knowledge of wedding industry + retail experience is not required, but is an added bonus.
This position is salary + is not commission-based. As a small company we reward loyalty, drive, and constant growth — both personally + professionally.
